Note:- We have prepared this Refund Policy to explain How can you request a refund with respect to products and services acquired from Holo Soft or through us from our partners and/or affiliates (collectively “Services”).

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

MERCHANT agrees to the following refund/cancellation schedule after the signature of agreement. MERCHANT agrees to waive charges incurred if we are unable to resolve the issue. If the issue has been resolved and CUSTOMER wishes to cancel MERCHANT may charge a service fee of $50 and refund the outstanding amount with the schedule shown below.

CUSTOMER is requested to call support on Monday To Saturday {9AM To 9 PM EST} at +1 800-303-9962 to initiate any refund or cancellation.

Subscriptions Refund Policy:

A. Cancelling Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

CANCELLING AN AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASED ON Holo Soft

If you have purchased an automatically renewing Premium Membership on Holo Soft and would like to stop the subscription from automatically renewing, you can do so at any time by emailing us on billing@holosoft.ltd or by calling our billing team on Monday To Sunday 10 AM EST to 9 PM EST. Except as provided below, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

B. Seeking a Refund for Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

I.) ANNUAL OR QUARTERLY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED ON Holo Soft

If after canceling your automatically renewing annual Premium Membership subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us billing@holosoft.ltd with the request within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase or in the case of a renewal, no more than fourteen (14) days after your renewal date. We will terminate your Premium Membership at the time of refund and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

II.) MONTHLY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS PURCHASED ON Holo Soft 

If after canceling your automatically renewing monthly Premium Membership subscription you wish to receive a refund, you must email us billing@holosoft.ltd with the request within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase (i.e. the first time we charge you). If you cancel during that initial fourteen (14) day time period, we will refund your first monthly Premium Membership fee and your account will revert to Basic Membership.

If you choose to cancel your subscription beyond the fourteen (14) day time period, any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded. Following cancellation, your Premium Membership will expire Fourteen (14) days from your last payment.

C. Canceling a Non-Renewing Subscription Purchased through the Holo Soft

If you wish to cancel your annual non-renewing subscription and request a full refund, you must email us support@holosoft.ltd to cancel your subscription within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase. We will terminate your Premium Membership at the time of the refund and your account will revert to a Basic Membership.

IMPORTANT NOTE: At our sole discretion, Subscription Fees for a Premium Membership may not be refunded if the membership has been cancelled due to a violation of our Terms of Use Agreement Terms & Condition.
